Come and meet new aspiring local Children's Author Joshua Hunter who works for the Sandwell Council Community Transport Service. Through his books, he is using his writing talents to raise awareness of topics including Dementia, grief and Autism with children and young people. Joshua says that he began writing children's books about healthcare topics to raise awareness on important yet rarely discussed topics; particularly for younger generations. He said that 'If I can inspire even one child, I will feel my efforts have been worthwhile'. With books such as 'Why does Grandad forget?' 'Lily's Garden' and the upcoming 'Mind Full' Joshua has a catalogue full of educational children's books to inspire future generations.
