Christmas Lights

From mid-November, high streets will sparkle with twinkling displays, marking the start of the holiday season. If you are looking for a family-friendly celebration or a magical evening out, Sandwell Christmas Light Switch-Ons are where you need to be.

Come join us at our light up locations with entertainment, music, stalls, and plenty of Christmas cheer.

Crankhall Lane, Friar Park (Near the post office): Friday 15 November from 4pm to 7.30pm (Switch-on at 5.15pm)

Oldbury (Between Sandwell Council House and Sainsburys): Friday 15 November from 3pm to 6.30pm (Switch-on at 6pm)

Langley (High Street): Saturday 16 November from 5pm to 7.30pm (Switch-on 5.30pm)

Smethwick (Council House): Thursday 21 November from 5pm to 6pm (Switch-on at 5.45pm)

Bearwood (Near the clock): Friday 22 November from 5pm to 6pm (Switch-on at 5.45pm)

Blackheath (High Street): Friday 22 November from 5pm to 7pm (Switch-on at 6.45pm)

West Bromwich (Farley Fountain, behind Primark): Saturday 23 November from 3pm to 6pm (Switch-on at 5.45pm)

Tipton (Unity Walk): Friday 29 November from 3.30pm to 6.30pm (Switch-on at 6.15pm)

Wednesbury (Near the clock tower): Saturday 30 November from 1pm to 6.30pm (Switch-on at 6.15pm)

All events are free to attend and there is no need to book.
